Narrative · installation · experience
The project, chapter by chapter.
The library’s memory unfolds through documents and changing reading distances.
01
The library on display
Freestanding cases and the photographic wall establish two viewing distances. Visitors move from recognising a collective image to approaching individual pieces protected inside the exhibition furniture.
02
A room for six decades
Plan and section show how the narrative occupies a shared room. Furniture positions are read alongside their heights, revealing spatial relationships beyond a simple collection of objects.
03
Documents within reach
Table cases bring documents into close, sustained view. Their placement beneath skylights and beside the central axis alternates intimate observation with broader orientation across the exhibition room.
04
Colour orders the chapters
Coloured walls and enclosures distinguish moments in the route without relying solely on labels. Vertical cases introduce a different reading posture from the horizontal surfaces used for consultation.
05
From installation to document
The axonometric assembles the furniture system, while the photograph shows its relationship to large images. Institutional memory becomes a spatial experience as well as a documentary one.
